Failure to follow these rules will result in consequences taken on the Netherite Network

• Stealing from players is not allowed if the area is claimed. However, if a build or structure is unclaimed players are allowed to take from the area.
• Inappropriate Names [Minor] - Inappropriate names will be punishable if deemed unacceptable for a server environment
• AH Baiting - AH Baiting is considered significant price increases on the same item(s) being mass sold on AH, either by the player mass selling or by another player, in an attempt to get someone to buy the items for more than they are worth.
• Character Spam - Character Spam will be punishable if the same char is spammed 8 or more times
• Capital Letters Spam - Caps spam will be punished if the sentence is more than just the "shock factor" of getting something and must be to purposely disrupt chat
• Political views and conversations must not take place on Netherite Network
• Spamming - Spamming will be punishable if the same sentence is sent 3 or more times
• We ask that you don't attempt to e-date or look for relationships on this server
• Swearing - Swearing is punishable
• Inappropriate Language - Inappropriate Language must not be used and inappropriate content must not be brought onto Netherite Network (ie, talking about sexual acts, drugs, school shootings)
• Chat Bypass - Any attempt to bypass the chat blocks is punishable
• Encouraging rule-breaking is an offence

• X-Raying is not allowed
• Advertising is a permanent mutable offence - unknown links present a security risk
• Mute evasion is not allowed under any circumstances
• Teleport Killing is not allowed under any circumstances - also known as TP Trapping
• Creating Playerwarps that lead players to their death is considering TP Trapping
• Saying In-Game "/tpa to 1v1" and there is 3 of you is considering TP Trapping - When wanting players to TP to you for PvP please specify how many people are there
• Hitting players and running into your claim is now being treated as Combat Logging
• Users must not build within 15 blocks of another persons claim
• Teleport spam is punishable if reported by the user
• Promoting Inappropriate Behaviour - Promoting breaking the rules is not tolerated
• Impersonation of players and of staff is not tolerated
• Inappropriate Names [Major] - Inappropriate names will be punishable if deemed unacceptable for a server environment
• Bullying is not tolerated on Survival
• Griefing other people's claims and around the area of their claim is not allowed
